Agent Sales Training*
GLI Brands
Description: During this two-day course, which is focused on GLI branded products, agents will gain a deeper understanding of the product’s key benefits, features and overall value proposition. Indoor, outdoor, and control categories will be covered and will include hands-on product training. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to visit the Hendersonville, NC manufacturing facility which gives attendees firsthand insight to our capabilities and rich history. **This course is intended for agents representing Current’s GLI brand portfolio.
Fundamentals of Lighting and Controls
Description: Designed for professionals new to the lighting industry or seasoned professionals looking for a refresher, this two-day workshop focuses on the fundamental principles of lighting and introduces today’s latest advancements in lighting technology. Through hands-on training and real-world applications, we take an interactive approach to educating our participants in general lighting terminology, lamps and ballasts, solid-state lighting technology, light, vision, and color, optical control and basic application principles.
DCS-Control Application and Jolt Training
Description: During this half-day virtual course, attendees will participate in an interactive approach to controls applications. Instructors will provide product information, and then show students how to apply products to put together a lighting control solution, develop a sequence of operation, and validate their design. Attendees will use Lighting Controls tool JOLT, to create lighting control layouts, take-off quantities for quotations.

Learn how to apply DCS components to real world applications
Learn how to develop and verify a sequence of operation that provide a code compliant user centric lighting control system
Learn how to develop a layout, bill of material and quotation
